Interaction Design Intern

PI User Experience Group is seeking an interaction design intern to develop user centered, innovative UI solutions for Personalized Imaging hardware and software products. The right individual is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences for product applications. They must be able to work in a fast-paced, yet fun environment as a team member and individual contributor. This is a paid internship, full time for 40 hours weekly and will be located at the Solutionreach corporate headquarters in Lehi, Utah
You will, among other things:
Assist in task analysis, user research, in-field consumer studies and usability studies
Develop wireframes and workflow
Prepare user interface rapid prototypes for kiosk, web and mobile applications
Create interactive application content
Perform other duties as necessary
You must:
Be currently enrolled in a BS, MS/PhD Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, New Media, Industrial Design or related curriculum
Demonstrate knowledge of principles and methods for user-centered design with emphasis on innovative solutions. Strong focus onEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
