Our new Business Mentoring/Opportunity Program has been extremely successful, so much so that we have just leased a much larger space in Thanksgiving Point to accommodate the growth. We are aggressively seeking talented, proven, phone Sales Reps and Managers. This is a truly tremendous opportunity for qualified leaders and sales consultants to create an outstanding income that can include earning long-term residuals on all your clients. You will be outbound dialing to warm leads and selling our business opportunity and mentoring program. Proven closers will be offered the opportunity to hire, lead, mentor and earn overrides on their own sales team.
Requirements:
Closer/setting experience preferred or at least 6 months of sales experience.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone with clients in a call center environment
Ability to listen to client challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, overcome objections and drive overall sales
Stable, relevant work history
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:
Lucrative compensation package including commissions, bonuses, residuals and paid training. On target earnings of 75k first year with realistic potential of over 100k for top producers.
