Paralegal
Summary
The paralegal will assist the General Counsel with all legal matters, with an initial emphasis on IP registrations, U.S. product registration, and contract management.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Prepare, file, and track all IP registrations
Perform legal and factual research
Prepare, file, and track all contracts
Assist the regulatory department in preparing for, filing, and tracking all U.S. product registrations
Review and monitor new and updated registrations
Interact with USPTO as well as various other agencies
Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other pertinent material
