Implementation Project Manager

Our Implementation Project Managers play a key role in delivering our product functionality in accordance with our clients' expectations by following through on the promises made in the sales cycle. To succeed in this position you must be able to deliver precision execution on projects and timelines. An ability to communicate effectively with clients and other departments to get the job done right is a must.
Responsibilities:
-Contribute to a culture of learning and execution in product knowledge, customer service, business etiquette and industry expertise
-Create and execute Statement of Work by managing projects including scope, players, timetable and customer satisfaction
-Resolve implementation issues caused by unplanned feature requests and bugs
-Correctly prioritize all projects to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
-Recommend configuration and use of solutions to customers based on their business processes and current best practices
-Communicate to Product Management feedback from customers about used services
-3
years of B2B SaaS implementation experience
-Experience in the multi-family industry a plus
-Exceptional project management skills; ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities (PMP certification a plus)
-Superior attention to detail
-Proactive approach to project management
-Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate both internally and externally to get things done and manage expectations
-Superb communication skills and the ability to solve complex client issues. A service-oriented disposition and the capacity to manage time effectively.

Base Wage/Salary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
