Implementation QA/QC Director
Job Description: Our Professional Services team owns the customer experience through our implementation lifecycle Simplementation. The department is made up of Project Managers, Trainers, Product Consultants, and Data Entry Specialists. We are now looking to add a testing / quality expert to our leadership team to help architect testing procedures, controls, and processes to ensure our implementations are of the upmost quality and continually delight our customers. Our goal is to deliver world-class service and ensure Professional Services is seen as one of the many competitive advantages of Property Solutions.
Responsibilities:
-Identify opportunities to test settings, configurations, requirements, etc.
-Identify customer personas and create corresponding test cases
-Manage and maintain a suite of test cases for use by all implementation teams
-Ensure implementation processes are followed and are delivering desired results
-Partner with Software Development teams to ensure software is tested and will not have any negative impact on active implementations
-Drive opportunities to automate testing procedures once they're defined
-Work to ensure nothing reaches the hands of clients without being tested
-Identity testing requirements and propose the appropriate org structure / resource requirements

Requirements:
-Passion for quality and customer service
-3 - 5 years testing software / platform configurations and settings
-Experience designing and rolling out a testing team
-Self-starter with ability to seek out, identify, and improve systems
-Strong project management skills
-Ability to define a vision, set measurable objectives, and execute work
-Experience working with and improving implementation management teams
-Enjoys and has expertise in process improvement
-BS / BA in related field (business, technology, etc.)
