Who You Are
You are someone with a clear track record of solving accounting problems for clients, ranging in scope from technical questions in accounting software to complex financial reporting questions. Your customer service skills are exceptional, and you find fulfillment in helping others with their accounting challenges. You likely have a depth experience in other account software packages, including Quickbooks, Great Plains, SAP, or accounting software in the multi-family industry. While you're a superstar with talent, you're also aware of areas you'd like to continue to develop professionally.

Traditionally, we've offered websites and rent payment solutions, but now need to support accountants/property owners using our software to manage the finances of their property operations and reporting. Some of our clients are even publicly traded REIT's who expect to receive sound answers to their accounting and technical questions.
Required Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree
-Course or professional experience in Financial Accounting
-2
years work experience in an accounting or technical support field
-Analytical problem solving ability required
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Upbeat, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
-Professional written and verbal communication skills
