6 AM- 8 PM Monday-Friday and 7 AM-7 PM on Saturdays Schedule flexibility.

Educate patients on various treatment options our Healthcare company provides and answer any questions or concerns.
Record patient information into our system.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED.
1-3 years experience in a contact center or customer support via telephone.
Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
Positive Attitude Team Player Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
