Summary:
Ice Cream Makers are responsible for creating the highest quality ice cream and ensuring the ice cream is being stored and rotated properly.
They are also responsible for maintaining a clean environment, keeping inventory stocked properly, and they MUST be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:
Creating ice cream by following recipes and training without deviation, learning the flavor rotation to keep the proper flavors and inventory stocked, cleaning work space and using proper sanitation procedures throughout the day, and following FIFO and other health standards set in place by the health department.
Work Requirements:
This is not a short-term job.
It takes weeks of training to learn our process.
1 year in the food service industry (minimum) Physical Requirements:
Standing 6-8 hours/day, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive use of hands and arms, and bending over.
Environmental Conditions:
Occasionally working in cold temperatures inside, around chemicals, around wet or slippery floors/surfaces, and continuously working with others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
