Summary:
Shift Leads is an essential position at our ice cream shop.
Shift Leads will help direct and manage the team during their designated shift.
(6-8 hour shifts) The shift lead is also part of the team and will be required to also do the following in the paragraph below.
Ice Cream Scoopers will be trained to serve the world's best ice cream through scooping, blending shakes, creating sundaes, and all Handel's related products.
Each team members will be responsible for representing the Handel's brand and treating each customer and other team members with a smile and outstanding service.
Employees will receive a base pay, depending on experience, and additional tips.
