Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and vendors Provide excellent customer support to clients Create various schedules for the staff Assist in creating manuals for the various departments with job descriptions Help our payroll team in ensuring accurate pay each week Inventory ordering and coordination Assisting the operations supervisor and other managers within the company in any tasks they may need help with
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets and Docs) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience in the healthcare field, especially mobile healthcare, is a plus If you are a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
