There is a possibility that this position could be part time or even the opportunity to work from home or our Murray Office.
Qualifications Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and mange accounting figures and financial records.
Date entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software Proficiency with in MS Office, especially Excel SQL knowledge Construction Accounting experience High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in accounting or 4 years experience in the same position.

Maintain good relations with project managers, vendors, customers, owners Job Description 1.
LMA:
Perform leadership, management, and create environment for accountability.
Leadership:
Provide vision, clarity, and openings for direct reports that align with company vision.
Management:
Provide quarterly priorities and measurables for each direct report aligned to company priorities and Scorecard.
Accountability:
Maintain and deepen connections with each direct report, having quarterly conversations around performance to company core values and position roles.
Ensure direct reports have resources, training, and other needed assets to successfully execute their roles.
Hire, coach, provide feedback to maximize employee engagement.
When necessary, recommend employee discipline and termination per HR process.

Maintain accurate job cost data Ensure monthly accurate work in progress data to include:
Owner contract values validated with source documents such as:
Change Orders, Accurate and timely billings, Cash receipts, Follow up on and report on outstanding AR balance.
Vendor contract values validated with source documents such as:
Change orders, Subcontracts, Purchase orders, Creating payment patches associated with project cash receipts, Tracking vendor compliance to contract.
Review and validate job cost data including:
Equipment and Manpower Validate and reconcile all JC data with executed source documents.
Assist project managers to provide accurate job cost projection updates.

Ensure positive cash per assigned projects Understand and be familiar with the project schedule of values.
Analyze WIP information and flag any variances, trends, (fade or gain).
Meet weekly with project manager to review information and IDS (Identify/Discuss/Solve) corrective actions.
Send project manager meeting report and rental equipment logs to VP of Operations, CFO including:
Logs, Meeting notes, and Rental equipment 4.
Maintain good relations with project managers, customers (owners), vendors Be exceptionally responsive to requests for information and assistance.
Proactively problem solve.
Be attentive and engaged in communication.
Reach out to resources from the whole team as sources for data validation, analysis, and problem solving.
