Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, implement and coordinate issuance and management of agreements, capital equipment expenditures, software, direct/indirect spend.
Monitor material levels and status of materials; review for excess inventory and coordinates scrap and/or resell back to suppliers.
Work with engineering, finance and sales to provide cost modeling and estimates.
Update MRP parameters to maintain optimum inventory levels.
Lead supplier relationships including qualification, development, and performance evaluation.
Accountable for creating, communicating and monitoring detailed supply plans across the vendor base (forecast, commits, build plan, backlog and PO creation), ensuring business goals are achieved and driving timely & accurate supply communications.
Collaborate with internal customers to understand and effectively drive and execute supply priorities across the supply base.
Proactively track and report data for on-time delivery, D/S Coverage including risks to Demand Plan and schedule push-outs, Cost Performance, Fund management, etc.
Support Integrated Business Planning process development, adoption and maturity within the Infrastructure team.
Support business requirements development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of planning, inventory and S&OP-like processes, tools, and systems to support multiple supply chains within the Infrastructure team.
Prepare process workflows and associated documentation.
Perform data analysis and drive processes optimization.
Develop and manage short and long-term supply and demand models, in partnership with Demand Planning team that seek to maintain service levels requirements for our customers.
Drive product success by keeping ourselves and others accountable for metrics such as quarterly financial variance, inventory utilization, delivery performance, supply/demand coverage, cost performance, etc.
Min Qualifications :
Extensive knowledge of MRP concepts, application, and theory.
Experience working in manufacturing industry.
BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience 4
years experience in Supply Chain procurement/planning Experience in supply planning, inventory optimization and operational supplier management Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to various levels Preferred
Qualifications:
Expertise with business software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations graphics.
APICS and/or ISM certified.
Experience in project management and Production/Planning MRP Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes (scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics) Recommended Skills Asset Management Business Requirements Business Software Communication Cost Modelling Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
