Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming & wonderful experience to everyone on the phone and in-person Coordinate student, teacher, and director schedules Assist in welcome visits, center tours and other parent conferences Cheerfully greet, assist and direct students and their families Assist in center management and organization Maintain a clean and organized environment Other duties as needed Requirements:
An AMAZING attitude & desire to help children and families Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years preferred) Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs Superior organizational skills Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills Ability to be confidential and professional in all circumstances Overall smiling and welcoming demeanor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
