Summary:
The primary role for this position is to generate and nurture leads into clients for the various fulfillment teams at 97th Floor.
We do this through various prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, networking events, and a referral partner program.
We strive to offer the best digital marketing solutions available, and are in search of an account executive who is able to build trusting relationships, display the value of our service offerings to interested parties, and is a creative problem-solver able to see opportunities for strategy expansion as well.
In this position, it is expected this person will lead all sales efforts, including lead generation, sales calls, managing pipeline, proposal and contract negotiation through deal closure.
This person will work collaboratively to meet sales goals and deliver results based on the 97th Floors values of trustworthiness, intentionality and creativity.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Present our company and solutions to potential clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Manage pipeline to ensure client relationships are being maintained and nurtured throughout the sales process Close Enterprise-level deals Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Must be able to keep deals organized and have a process for closing them Self-starter and able to manage time autonomously BA/BS Degree Familiarity of digital marketing channels and how they're used to impact a client's bottomline Basic knowledge of marketing analytics Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices Skilled in identifying and addressing a prospects digital marketing needs through effective communication Compensation Model Base
Commission Expect to be cared for Health, dental, and vision insurance:
97th Floor pays for 100% of the employee's premium and pays for 50% of the employee's dependent's premiums.
Health Savings Account (HSA):
Employee is able to allocate pre-tax dollars to be used on medical care expenses.
97th Floor contributes $150/month ($1,800 per year) to the employee's HSA.
The money rolls over year over year and it remains the employee's even after they leave 97th Floor.

2023 Flexible Spending Account (FSA):
Employee is able to allocate pre-tax dollars to be used on dependent care expenses.
This is a use it or lose it plan.
Whatever the employee doesn't use in a year, they lose.
If the employee leaves the 97th Floor, whatever is remaining in their account stays with the company.
Membership to NICE Healthcare, where you can have a doctor accessible via an app or in-home visit at no cost to you.
401k:
97th Floor matches up to 4% of the employee's pay.
Matching funds are immediately fully vested.
Parental Leave:
An employee who is a primary caregiver gets 12 weeks of paid time off, and an employee who is a secondary caregiver gets 6 weeks of paid time off.
The employee can choose to take another consecutive six weeks of unpaid time off.
During this time, their work is covered by other employees.
Nothing is expected from the employee during their parental leave.
Life insurance:
97th Floor pays for 100% of the employee's premium.
Coverage is a term life policy that covers the employee for 1x of their salary (up to $100,000).

$500 dollars given to you to invest in start-up companies.
97th Floor Library:
access to practically any book the employee would like to read; if we don't have it, we will buy it.
Job specific conferences and trainings:
97th Floor will pay for most online training/courses, local conferences, and will occasionally pay for travel, food, accommodations, and tickets for out-of-state conferences (typically one per year).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
