This position will be an integral part of our team where you will work cross-functionally to provide administrative support, ensuring effective optimization of our offices and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Handle escalated inquiries or issues from patients and team members.
Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.
Patient referral data entry.
Communicate with patients, providers, managers, etc.
Complete prior authorization requests and medication verification.
Identify opportunities for enhancing customer service protocols and collaborate with the internal stakeholders.
Minimum QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Experience providing constructive feedback, and mentoring and training team members.
Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
1 -3 years full-time experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
