$40 - $45/Hour W2The Strategic Talent Sourcer is responsible for attracting, identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-skilled and diverse talent. The Sourcer partners with the Recruiters, Hiring Managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are well defined and achieved. In addition, the Sourcer will use various recruitment strategies and platforms to attract talent to NRG
Responsibilities:
Support sourcing efforts for the Field Organization Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on the broader business goals. Attracts, sources, and screens passive talent using various creative techniques, including social networking and direct sourcing. Build repeatable and scalable sourcing strategies for various roles, including referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns. Proactively seeks diverse candidate pools and supports diversity efforts. Perform research to build and share market insights on target companies, and open communities to source talent. Identify and screen candidates for role fit and culture add, and provide recommendations for interviewing and hiring. Apply data-driven recruiting methodology to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools Use internal reporting tools to track sourcing activities and develop strategies based on these activities. Required Skills and Experiences:
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant talent sourcing experience in an agency OR corporate environment OR Alternatively High school diploma and 3 years of relevant talent sourcing experience in an agency or corporate environment. Experience in a headhunting capacity Knowledge and experience using Boolean search strings Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms required Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Knowledge of sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, hiring manager interaction, time management, and technology. Experience utilizing innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
