Program and Business Change Manager

12yearsWe are looking to hire an experienced Program and Business Change Manager.
This role will work with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of technical programs and help our customers understand and adopt changes that these improvements create.
Own the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key programs using common frameworks, methodologies and standardized practices and approaches.
Responsible for ensuring programs are designed to meet clearly articulated business objectives, and that accurate tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the program Actively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for timely resolution.
Develops and maintains Project Change Strategy (Communications, Alignment, Training, Reinforcement and Resistance) and detailed plans Leads Change Agent Strategy and Meetings Authors materials to be distributed for particular interest groups' meetings, emails, newsletters to ensure messaging aligns with Program status and brand Jointly owns communications strategy with key stakeholders; delivers comprehensive job aids and other change-related documentation Provides Change Coaching to program leaders
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business or Technology or 4 to 6 years of equivalent practical experience in program management and leading organizations through change Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
Focus on doing what's right for the business.
Ability to work as part of a team, and act in a lead role as a subject matter specialist, within a team environment to meet results-oriented goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
Maintain a high energy and positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how these will help the business.
