Summary:
Strap Tank Brewery in Lehi is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team (applicants must be at least 16 years old).
As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors - Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace Skills:
