We are currently hiring primarily for our outdoor Lehi location for individuals that would be available to start immediately.
You'll photograph three to five sessions each day.
There is no other studio in the country that will give you that much experience.
This means your skills will develop faster than they will in any other environment.
The amount of sessions you shoot each day is dependent on the demand from customers.
We need dependable, fast-learning, outgoing people who love children.
You do NOT need any photography experience.
Really.
We will train the right people.
If you build relationships easily and people are drawn to you, you're likely perfect for FotoFly.
Again, we're looking for smart people who are kind and happy.
This could be your chance to develop the valuable trade of photography.
During training pay is $12 during the training period:
The training period will last eight weeks.
The first four weeks will be roughly 20 hours per week and will be with Eric Adams (owner of FotoFly) as he teaches you the fundamentals of photography.
The second four weeks will be roughly 40 hours per week and you will be shadowing photographers.
You must be willing to work five days per week.
Be willing and able to work evenings and Saturdays.
Your pay will increase over time - especially during the first six months:
$12 per hour during the eight week training period.
$24 per session to start.
You will also earn tips from most sessions.
Tips are usually $15-25 per session.
We will evaluate you at 1 year mark after your hiring date to potentially raise your per session rate - if you're performing/progressing as expected.
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ALL STUDIOS.
We will station your home studio as one specific studio but you may be working between multiple studios.
Transportation and flexibility is a must in this role.
