As a Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Module Engineer at IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying and reducing defects within a RDA module. You will also be responsible for trending of data, analyzing data, and reporting of defect issues to appropriate areas. In this position, you will organize partition studies and experiments intended to identify and reduce defects. Provide SPC upper control limits (UCL) limits, and inline RDA sampling changes via engineering change notices (ECNs). Define process windows for the different levels and processes. Work closely with other process areas and their assigned module engineers to achieve resolution of defect driven deviations.
Qualified candidates must have the ability to coordinate communication of findings, status, and follow-up actions to day shift development engineers from Process Integration, Process areas, and RDA teams; determine if the objectives of tests have been met or if more inspections or review is required. You should also have the ability to design valid RDA tests and special work requests (SWR''s); and to learn current development issues; evaluate the quality of the data; and draw conclusions based on data.
A basic understanding of probe, param, and device theory and a working knowledge of Klarity, Yield3 and Pdtrends is a plus. Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must. Candidates must also possess outstanding presentation, organizational and communication skills, and should be able to work individually on assigned tasks or as part of a team.
Experience/ Education:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience, and 2 years Semiconductor experience preferred
All Team members must meet minimum criminal background standards as established by IMFT and the Department of Homeland Security.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
