As a Module Owner in Process Integration, you are responsible for module development and/or support of the latest 300mm NAND Flash process flow, as well as proactively engaging in the design and evaluation of experiments to optimize your designated module. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with IE, PE and Production to better forecast and balance yield, output and process issues.
Collaborate with YE to improve yield and reliability.
Communicate module related issues to the PI leadership team.
Ensure SWRs are handled properly and driven to completion.
Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.
Engage in cross-area engineering teams to organize efforts to solve process issues.
Work closely with global partners to stay current on module related topics.
Maintain required training, as well as job critical knowledge and skills.
Contribute toward activities and projects to increase quality and reduce excursions.
Collaborate with other PI module owners to drive business process alignment.
Actively encourage Values driven behaviors and responses to issues.
Set challenging goals to support integration of new technology nodes into the Fab.
Provide module specific training as needed.
Actively contribute to a safe and positive working environment.
Complete all required safety training and conduct all work in a safe manner.
Formulate theoretical explanations and models to problems based on scientific principles.
Conducts industry wide research in scientific journals on semiconductor topics. Brings key technical information back to team.
Provide creative solutions to problems that are different than typical semiconductor problems through merging knowledge from traditional engineering disciplines into semiconductor problems we are currently facing.
Successfully demonstrated skill in presenting highly technical information to large groups.
Intermediate knowledge of probe, backend and reliability
Advanced understanding of Fab statistical process controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent data extraction, analysis and reporting skills.
Proven ability to make sound decisions independently.
Demonstrated skill at effectively prioritizing multiple and complex tasks.

Preferred Education and
Experience:
Masters Degree inElectrical, Electronics, or Materials Engineeringor related disciplines or Bachelor''s degree in engineering or related disciplines 5 years experience is required. Strong understanding of Product Integration business processes is ideal.
All Team members must meet minimum criminal background standards as established by IMFT and the Department of Homeland Security.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
