Summary:
As a Manufacturing Technician at IM Flash Technologies you will work in a clean room environment. You will be responsible for optimizing product flow through your assigned area, monitoring production inventory, responding to alarms, and escalating issues outside your responsibilities to the appropriate groups. Manufacturing Technicians are expected to maintain open communication with production and engineering teams to resolve area issues and implement effective solutions. Other duties as assigned.

Have an understanding of statistical terminology and application
Experience in a manufacturing or production industry preferred.
Some production areas require:
To lift 20 lbs approximately 150 times per shift. Weight is typically lifted to a height of 4 feet and carried 10 feet in distance.
Moving FOUPs generally requires to rise from a chair a minimum of 100 times per shift.
To use a pallet jack. Typical pallet of empty FOUPs requires between 25-35 lbs of pull force to start and 5 lbs of moving pull force.
Tolerant to bending and twisting.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Candidates with an Associate of Science degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, or Computer Electronic Engineering Technology will also be considered.

Position pays $15.75 per hour
All team members must meet minimum criminal background standards as established by IMFT and the Department of Homeland SecurityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
