Grounds Maintenance Worker
NexeoHR is looking for a Part Time Grounds Maintenance technician for an apartment complex located in Lehi. They would prefer to have someone work 3 days per week, but are willing to be flexible. This is a temp to hire position with potential option to go full time for the right candidate. The position will be responsible for all aspects of grounds maintenance.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Landscaping
Cleaning of amenities and apartments
Snow removal
Blowing property with backpack blower
Cleaning stairwells and parking lots
Requirements:
Experience in similar role is preferred
Able to pass background check
Ability to take direction well
Ability to work independently Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
