Fulfillment Team Leader
Summary: Coordinate the receiving, preparation, and shipping of product.
This candidate will play an integral role in the efficiency of the Inbound/Outbound supply chain. They will be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Crew's job duties. This candidate should have a very strong drive/work ethic to encourage solid production numbers from themselves as well as those they work with.
Job Duties:
The primary responsibilities would include the following:
1) Direct the general fulfillment of orders by example
2) Strategize inbound receiving procedures
3) Lead varying warehouse team projects, ensuring maximum group efficiency
4) Manage warehouse organization, general cleanliness and safety procedures
5) Verify outbound shipments and coordinating documents to guarantee vendor compliance
Warehouse Crew Member Knowledge and Skills:
1) General Warehousing experience
2) Strong communication skills
3) Forklift/heavy equipment operating experience
4) Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, proactive and highly motivated
5) Keen attention to detail
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $10-13/hrEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
