Client Trainer

Job Description
Training in the multi-family housing industry is in high demand and we are looking for a Client Trainer who will provide customer-centric software training to our clients. We need enthusiastic and creative teachers who can not just transfer knowledge, but can motivate their students to learn with fun, engaging, and effective teaching tools. Someone who is adaptable, personable, professional, and organized is successful in this role. As a Client Trainer, you will be involved with the implementation process but also provide on-going training to site and corporate staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create custom training plans with client s stakeholders
- Deliver instructor-led training face-to-face on-site and in-house
- Deliver instructor-led training via virtual classroom trainings
- Submit weekly reporting by determined deadlines
- Create, coordinate, and deliver training for Base Camp and Summit
- Be a SME with all Entrata products
- Be a SME in adult learning concepts
- Manage multiple client s accounts with precision and accountability
- Review weekly QA feedback and implement changes as instructed
- Manage incoming training requests from PM, RVP, and CSM
- Be the standard-bearer of the company values
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Communication, or Accounting
- 3-5 years of software or sales training experience
- Experience in the multi-family industry is a must
- Excellent time management skills
- High EQ and ability to connect with others easily
- Positive, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with end users in a support and/or training capacity
- Willing to travel up to 50%
Base Wage/Salary:
- Annual Salary, DOE
- PTO and paid holidays
- $50/month phone reimbursement
Work Schedule and Location:
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, when not travelling
- Travel up to 50%
- Lehi, UT or Plano, Texas

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
