Woodley Real Estate is seeking a a full time/salaried office manager to assist company partners in various aspects of a fast paced and rapidly growing real estate business. Our offices are located in Thanksgiving Park right at the Point of the Mountain in Lehi, UT. Brand new office space with a great team environment! Work day is 9:
00 a.m. to 6:
00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
Must be task orientated and have the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to provide high levels of customer service and communicate competently and efficiently in person, by phone and email. Seeking an energetic, outspoken and ambitious individual with high ethical standards. Must be a people person comfortable communicating with clients in a professional environment. Flexible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with strong multi-tasking and time management skills including the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Assist with Real Estate Transactions. Assist Property Management Team in fielding tenant requests and applications. Manage office and office related needs like greeting clients, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Prior Real Estate/Property Management experience is preferred, but not required.
Aptitude for technology and working with computers. Proficient in Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs.
Experience in front-line customer service, project management and secretarial roles preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
