Entry Level Software Support Representative
Entry level Software Support Representative needed for an Orthodontic Software Company.
The candidate will be required to answer incoming phone calls emails chats and other client communication regarding questions on software use and troubleshooting client issues.
This is a remote work from home position.
While most staff meetings will be conducted online face to face meetings will be held periodically at our office in Farmington Utah Responsibilities Answering phones emails chats and other client communication in an efficient and timely manner.
Utilizing a ticketing system to log client communication that includes detailed and informative notes.
Answering client questions and educating clients on proper software use.
Troubleshooting software and applicable hardware problemsissues that arise.
Following up with clients on their open tickets until they are resolved.
Consistently working to resolve all open tickets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy and comfort Problem Solving Skills Time Management skills.
