Job Description As a Customer Support Specialist you will work closely with all departments across the company to ensure Encor Solar provides world class customer service.
Customer Support Specialists will be responsible for the overall success of our client base by answering phone calls text messages and emails.
While phones are the primary responsibility this is not a call center Customer Support Specialists should expect an average of phone calls per day.
While not on the phone common responsibilities include scheduling solar installations and inspections providing outbound customer touch points and assisting Sales Representatives and Account Executives to move accounts forward in the solar timeline.
