BCBA Qualifications General Awesomeness required Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certificate LBA license from DOPL Knowledge in applied behavior analysis principles and support techniques Experience in developing and implementing individualized programs using evidence-based treatment Ability to work in the context of a team environment Skills in the ability to train parents, caregivers, teachers, and behavior technicians about applied behavior analysis and following behavior plans Experience with various electronic data collection methods Experience with early intervention, verbal behavior, and discrete trials Knowledge in assessments, such as the VBMAPP and ABLLS Ability to be fun and engaging! Job Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (interviews and direct observation) with the child and parents/caregivers to determine the level of ABA services necessary and to create an individualized treatment plan Design, implement, monitor, and revise individual treatment plans Ability to run a caseload of 8-10 clients to include direct session when needed, supervision, and parent training Coordinate 1:
1 parent training with families to teach the principles of ABA weekly or monthly Actively supervise, train, and support a team of behavior technicians Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of other experience teachers and clinicians Supervise students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable) Maintain confidentiality and respect for all clients Actively participate in Team meetings Job Type:

$70,000.
