Customer Service Agent

This is a customer service position.
Your job will be to ensure that our current and future clients have all their insurance needs taken care of.
You will be interacting with the customer by phone email and text message so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Manage the daytoday servicing of existing clients policies quote and issue new businessrenewals when appropriate Respond to customer requests for service and changes to their policies Issue Dec Pages Certificates ID Cards and Evidences as appropriate Research and resolve billing issueserrors coverage errors etc.
Advise and offer recommendations to customers when there is a gap in coverage or inadequate coverages are discovered Offer and provide training to associatesnew hires as needed Check the renewal report daily for new renewals Contact the carrier for explanation if the premium goes up more than in a or month policy term Requote the customers lines if more than a increase in premium Perform annual client review.
Review their current policies and premium.
Sell additional productsendorsements as needed by the customer.
Must be licensed in UT for P C Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to conduct conversations with clients that can sometimes be of a sensitive nature Must be computer efficient on several different programs MS Office Word Excel Outlook Salesforce EZLynx etc.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Ability to carry tasks to completion within prescribed guidelines while providing excellent customer service High school diploma or GED required Benefits include Paid vacation and sick pay.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
