As an entry level IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will perform routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for both hardware and software.
Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting and resolving conflicts for both software and hardware Provide tech support to AVA employees Assisting with network failures Maintain upkeep of both software and hardware Offering tech support remotely and in office Assisting with the onboarding of new hires Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems Assist in the installation of new software Assist any new IT projects in the future Monitor and respond to IT tickets Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Experience with working for a start-up is a PLUS Microsoft certified is a PLUS Ability to work independently and coordinate with other teams internationally This will be a full-time remote role and it is open to in-office also if you are local to Lehi, UT.
