We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Account Manager to join our team.
This role involves managing client accounts, supporting the sales process, optimizing operations, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships.
Support the sales team through lead generation, qualification, and closure.
Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
