What We Do Poplin is the first peer-to-peer laundry marketplace for frictionless and affordable on-demand personal launderers.
Our customers tap the app and outsource their laundry.
For them, it's life without laundry, because we hacked it out of existence.
But Poplin solves a second problem too, which is that more and more people of varying backgrounds want to work from home.
Luckily most people have an underutilized washer/dryer, which when combined with Poplin's worker app, provides the first-ever manual labor work-from-home gig in the world.

The Role We aim to build a world-class customer service organization whose goals are to make our users happy and engender loyalty.
You will assist in providing support to our users, answering all questions and resolving issues.
You will work towards not just satisfying our users but creating customer delight and brand loyalty.
As a Support Concierge, you will be the frontline hero for our community, with the goal of delivering world class every time! What You'll Do You'll provide world-class customer experiences by interacting with our users via phone, email, and chat to provide successful resolutions to their most important concerns and answers to their pressing questions.
You'll seek to understand customers pain points and advocate their concerns internally As the voice of the Poplin's brand, you will build our reputation with your friendly and warm personality You'll work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you Requirements World-class writing skills and a love for verbal communication A positive upbeat loving energy and personality A strong work ethic Empathy.
