FamilySearch Data Extraction Sr. Tech Product Manager (US Based - Remote Optional)
Job DescriptionThe Family History Department is looking for a talented and energetic senior technical product manager to lead the Data Extraction Team.
FamilySearch has a mission to discover relevant data to help us build more robust family trees and link families together.
You will lead the product management efforts of a cross-functional team focused on discovering and preserving data available on the web that will help connect families across the world.
Experience shaping web-crawling products is essential.
Excellent communication skills are key as you interact with cross functional teams across our organization which contribute and utilize the data which helps bring people around the world closer together.
This is a specialist position responsible for deeply understanding our patron base, leading the developments, and execution of plans to meet their needs.
This requires following contextual inquiry processes, interviews, and pre-development user testing with patrons to verify our development will help us reach the goal of bringing families closer together through products that bring them joy.

Lehi, Utah or U.
S.
based remote locations also optional.
This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.
