We have a fun, laid back, and cohesive call center that is a great place to work.
We all enjoy working together to achieve goals that we set.
The shift desired for this position is 7am MST to 3pm MST.
Added premium paid for Spanish speaking Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls that come in regarding a customers account and any questions they have Reaching out to customers to reschedule or schedule appointments Learning how to use the software that is needed to take care of our customers.
The nice thing is that everything is done in one place Taking payments from customers Setting up new customer accounts when they call in Being available during your shift! Nice to haves are:
Previous phone experience Previous customer service experience Previous experience working on a team There are opportunities to grow and will be opportunities for commission via up sells if you choose.
At the end of the day we want our customers to not have to wait on hold and to be answered as soon as possible.
Then, we want them to receive great care and have a positive experience when they call Ridd Pest Control.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
