Responsibilities:
Providing customers with information associated with their orders Responding to product information inquiries Tracking shipments Providing professional communication by relating to customer needs, requests and problems Help to moderate the inflow of comments and questions from social media within Meta Business Suite and BazaarVoice.
Qualifications:
Strong computer literacy with chat and email At least one-year experience as a customer service representative preferred High school diploma, some college preferred Writing and responding via social media profiles Committed to exceptional customer satisfaction Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment Have the desire to work in an intense, committed environment with a talented growth company Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams Must have strong sense of attention to detail, reliability, consistency and dedication Strong communication skills - verbal and written We provide competitive market pay, with awesome benefits that include:
