Work with Enterprise Accounts M and above.
Partner with them on their Workfront strategy, adoption, health, growth and other solution-driven needs.
Create a regular cadence to meet and work with them.
Participate as a member of the Workfront CS Org and collaborate with other CSMs working in this account segment.
Provide input and contribution to internal CSM best practices.
Knowledge of Workfront capabilities and its ability to integrate with other products.
Experience as a CSM or Consultant:
Customer facing skills, i.
e.
, professional approach, critical thinking, ability to move issues/areas of interest to resolution o ability to interact with other stakeholders in the ecosystem on behalf of the customer/account.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
