As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving and executing marketing initiatives with a focus of lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospective customersYour role will involve developing and implementing targeted campaigns, utilizing various channels, and collaborating with sales, customer support and others to generate high-quality leads and demo opportunities for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including outbound, inbound, partners, brokers, content marketing, social media, webinars, and advertising.
Tailor campaigns to address different stages of the buyer's journey.
Ensure personalized one on one automation on emails, landing pages, mailers and other lead touch points.
Ensure that content aligns with the needs and preferences of the target audience and company messaging.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.
Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.
Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline lead generation.
Leverage marketing automation tools to execute and track campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of demand generation campaigns.
Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage the demand generation budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in demand generation in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create compelling messaging for diverse target audiences.
Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams within the organization.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative demand generation campaigns.
