Client Executive

A Client Executive is responsible to orchestrate company and client success. This includes helping to resolve product concerns and issues, building and maintaining relationships, consulting on best practices and recommended improvements, identifying business growth opportunities, and developing industry and client operation expertise among other things. We look for you to execute your job in the most efficient, proactive, and innovative way possible.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring client satisfaction
Resolving product concerns and issues
Business training and consulting with established clients
Networking and relationship building with client contacts
Paperwork, including agreement and contract handling
Light travel may be involved
Required Skills and
Experience:
Experience in the Multi-family industry is a plus
High degree of professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction
Demonstrated proactivity in accomplishing tasks and projects
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and speaking
Experience working with end users in a support and/or training capacity
Bachelor's Degree
Base Wage/Salary:
$35-$45K to start per year, DOE
PTO & Paid Holidays
Work Schedule and Location:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Lehi, UT office

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
