Implementation Consultant
Job Description: As a member of the Professional Services team, an Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the success of a clients implementation of Property Solutions Entrata Platform. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work in conjunction with the clients business and technical teams to properly configure Property Solutions products to meet the clients needs. Implementation Consultants are expected to master Property Solutions suite of products in order to effectively consult with the client in order to configure the software solutions based on the processes of the end user. Consultants will be trained in the Property Solutions Implementation Methodology.
Responsibilities:
Providing a wide variety of post-sales consulting services to ensure client satisfaction and a successful implementation of the Entrata Platform
Business process definition and change management
Coordination of Property Solutions services including data conversion, consulting and training
What you must have:
Previous software consulting or implementation experience
Experience in the Multifamily housing industry and processes
Positive attitude, great people skills, thirst for knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and presentation abilities
Strong problem solving capabilities
Ability to work on many projects and project teams simultaneously
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Upbeat, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
Comfortable learning new software; willing to become a product expert
Empathetic to the questions and concerns of clients
Exceptionally good at working with clients over the phone
A team player
What puts you over the top:
Experience with back office accounting
Experience with Property Management Software (MRI, Yardi, AMSI, etc.)
Experience in consulting B2B SaaS or PaaS products
Customer service experience over the phone
Base Wage/Salary:
Annual Salary, DOE
PTO plus Paid Holidays
Work Schedule and Location:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Lehi, UT office
