Billing-Retention Specialist/Supervisor

We are looking for a Full-Time Billing-Retention Specialist/Supervisor. You will be working in a positive, fast paced and rapidly changing environment. We need an employee with a positive attitude who can adapt very well to change and provide top of the line support to our customers and our employees.
Your role as a Supervisor will include managing the two aspects of the department which is billing and retention. You will need to ensure that each of our in-house customers are being properly billed and resolve any disputes for customers whose payments become delinquent. You will need to have a great understanding of billing principles and practices as you will be working with multiple platforms that our company uses to bill our customers. You will be expected to bring innovative and creative solutions to help us cut cost and increase efficiency within the department.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
2. Have a good understanding of MS Office products
3. Must have intermediate to expert skills with MS Excel
4. Must provide excellent customer service to our customers
5. Intermediate to expect clerical skills is a must
6. Prior Management experience is a plus
Experience:
1. High School Diploma or GED a must, some college preferred.
2. At least 2 year of prior billing experience
3. Collection or Retention experience a plus
4. Prior alarm industry experience a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
