Client Resolutions Specialist

The Client Resolutions Specialist position will place you on a team responsible for resolving our clients' technical support tickets escalated from our Tier 1 team and other departments. We specialize in individual products to help property managers and landlords from apartment communities all over the country to resolve issues that are keeping them from fully utilizing our products. Our responsibilities include: troubleshooting issues the property managers may be having, proactively finding problems, working with our development department and even training the property managers.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical support experience or technical experience required
Analytical problem solving ability required
Experience working through a task system preferred
Experience with SaaS companies preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Excellent internal and external communication
Upbeat, self-motivated, self-managed, and a finisher
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Customer and solutions focused attitude
Base Wage/Salary:
$25-$35K per year, DOE, with a potential advancement opportunity after two years of $45K

Work Schedule and Location:
Monday-Friday during normal business hours

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
