New Home Sales Assistant
We need motivated, licensed real estate professionals with outstanding communication skills. We offer excellent training, predictable hours, and a great work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet prospective buyers in a friendly, attentive manner
Assist buyers through sales and options selections process
Process company paperwork, including sales agreements, addendums Personal vehicle may be used to take buyers on site.
Manage aggressive follow through program
High goal oriented company and sales structure
Maintain cleanliness of office, including shoveling snow and general up keep -
Hourly plus bonus totaling up to $18/hour plus. 2 - 3 days a week including Saturdays, 11 AM - 7 PM. Additional information at http:

Licensed Real Estate Professional - McArthur Homes hires licensed Real Estate Professionals. It is your responsibility to maintain that license in good standing with the Division of Real Estate. You are financially responsible for all continuing education classes and licensing fees. You are also responsible for maintaining active your WFRMLS and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. McArthur Homes will reimburse you for these costs.
