Greet prospective buyers in a friendly, attentive manner
Assist buyers through sales and options selections process
Process company paperwork, including sales agreements, addendums Personal vehicle may be used to take buyers on site.
Manage aggressive follow through program
High goal oriented company and sales structure
Maintain cleanliness of office, including shoveling snow and general up keep -

Licensed Real Estate Professional - McArthur Homes hires licensed Real Estate Professionals. It is your responsibility to maintain that license in good standing with the Division of Real Estate. You are financially responsible for all continuing education classes and licensing fees. You are also responsible for maintaining active your WFRMLS and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. McArthur Homes will reimburse you for these costs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
