Marketing Web Producer / Front-end Dev
An Adobe.com Marketing Web Producer oversees specific site sections, partners with internal marketing clients, and works closely with a wide
range of web team functions to shepherd web projects from inception
through completion, including hands-on page creation and content
management via a Web Content Management System. Excellent judgment
and problem-solving skills are a must. The Web Producer role is that of
partner, liaison, facilitator, contributor, and driver.
Additionally, this role calls for the creation of digital marketing properties outside of adobe.com such as HTML email, one-off landing pages and
microsites. Strong HTML/CSS skills are a must, experience with the
challenges of coding for email, plus jQuery and JavaScript strongly
preferred.
Key tasks
Leads project/work activities with broad scope and functional impact
Acts as a representative of the web team for internal business partners
Submits requests to ensure proper resources are acquired and aligned for each project in a timely manner
Creates and maintains detailed project plans
Manages project communications and provides progress reports and
section roadmaps
Oversees and participates in web production process and works
with web team members in all functions to ensure successful project execution
Executes production of landing pages/HTML email/Microsites
according to established standards with
- Applies innovative and practical problem solving regarding a wide
range of web project management issues
Manages deployment processes, and acts as the center for
communications and issues tracking during a web launch
Monitors post-deployment feedback and implements corrective
action when necessary
Knowledge and skills

years of large-website project management experience
2
years front-end web development experience
Proven success in managing high-profile programs with superb
attention to detail
Outstanding cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Results-oriented, strong decision maker with the ability to prioritize
complex organizational objectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
Experience with Front-end solutions for mobile and devices preferred
