Technical Success Representative

The Technical Success Representative contributes to the success of the Client Success department by establishing rapport with customers who are experiencing technically challenging issues, trouble-shooting potential problems, and rectifying existing problems while utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products. Additionally, this position is cross-trained to assist a larger team with all customer-facing service needs. This position will be located in our Lehi, Utah office and will report to the Director of Client Success.
You will, among other things:
--Support with the installation of Solutionreach sync software on customer desktops via remote access.
--Troubleshoot potential problems to determine causes and needed repairs.
--Rectify existing problems in a timely manner.
--Perform other duties as assigned.
You must:
--Have 3+ years experience in customer service with a proven track record of success in a technical support role.
--Be proficient in using Windows OS and utilities, knowledge of Mac OS a plus.
--Have expertise of Networking and user rights.
--Be familiar with one or more database platforms.
--Have software programming knowledge a plus.
--Have the ability to trouble-shoot, test, report, document, install, and train on software.
--Be detail-oriented, professional, self-starter, organized and able to manage simultaneous tasks and competing priorities.
--Have experience working for a medical PM/EMR/EHR software company a plus; or have medical office experience working with PM/EMR/EHR software on a day-to-day basis; or have other related medical software and/or technology experience.
--Be a creative, innovative thinker with a proven track record of turning insight into action.
--Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
--Have the ability to work equally well on self-managed and team-based projects.
--Place high value on customer service, working with both internal and external customers.
--Have excellent problem solving ability and interpersonal savvy.
--Have a strong willingness to help in any area and learn new things, even if it's outside the proverbial "box".
--Be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
A typical day might also include:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
