Trailer Service & Repair Technician/Lot Porter
Lone Peak Trailers is currently in need of a Trailer Service & Repair Technician/Lot Porter.
The ideal candidate will have extensive trailer service & repair experience and must be able to weld. Candidates must also be highly motivated, professional and must have a passion for customer service.
Fabrication (welding) experience required as well as the following:
Axle repair, electric & hydraulic brake repair, bearing re-packing, wiring repair and testing, gooseneck hitch installations, Truck Bed Installations, miscellaneous trailer modifications (fabrication) per customer needs, brake control installations and wiring for tow vehicles, etc. This position will also require unloading shipments of trailers and parts, so you must be able to operate a forklift and tractor as well as have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Key Requirements:
Welding & Fabrication Experience
Ability to Operate Forklift & Tractor Safely
Reliable Transportation to and from work
Must be 18 or older and have valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Must be available to work Monday - Saturday, and work in all types of weather conditions, as this position requires being outside extensively.
