Great Plains SQL Programmer

Manages and maintains all Great Plains reports, scripts, views and processes.
Helps manage and troubleshoot the Great Plains and the SQL database for all markets.
Coordinates with IT in setting up and managing/maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services.
Provides Great Plains technical and business process support for end-users of the Great Plains system.
Responsible for weekly and monthly Great Plains maintenance routines.
Manage and maintain all Great Plains reports, scripts, views and processes. Update those processes as needed to keep up with changing requirements or new upgrades.
Create new reports, views and processes as required.
Move all existing GP reports from 'Open Reports' to SQL Server Reporting Services.
Monitor the GP SQL Database, recommend maintenance when necessary and troubleshoot issues when needed
Take ownership for incidents reported by end-users. Resolve issues in a timely manner. When escalation is required, manage escalation through resolution and closer with the customer.
Understand the functionality of the Great Plans frontend and related processes. Must develop a working knowledge of the forms, transactions and reports available to end-users. Should be able to advise end-users on how to do transactions within the various modules of the system ranging from financial transactions to logistics to production and shipping.
Should be fluent with business processes associated with the use of ERP and comfortable with manufacturing business terms and concepts.
Provide technical support for the application environment. This may include monitoring programs and processes, resetting application configuration parameters and restarting background jobs. Assist with load-balancing based on infrastructure utilization.
Perform the administration tasks related to management of security for the installed GP system.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
