IM Flash Technologies is a joint venture of Intel Corporation and Micron Technology, formed to manufacture NAND Flash memory for use in consumer electronics, removable storage, and handheld communication devices. IM Flash combines Micron's leadership in process and product technology with Intel's multi-level cell technology and history of innovation in Flash memory to successfully compete in the NAND Flash memory business, an increasingly important and fast growing market segment.
Analytical Chemists are responsible for providing analytical chemistry support for the fab. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with IM Flash safety policies
Working with hazardous chemicals
Analyzing samples from various sources
Providing information on compounds or quantities
Using analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as gas and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ion chromatography, electro chromatography, and spectroscopy
Interpreting and recording data
Developing and documenting new analysis techniques
Prioritizing pending jobs and reporting data to customers in a timely manner
Partnering with stakeholders to understand excursion events and prevent reoccurrence
Partner within the organization on tool/equipment focus teams and processes
Ensuring incoming product meets customer quality standards
Validating methods and equipment
Performing basic maintenance on lab equipment

Intermediate understanding of semiconductor processes
Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Intermediate data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills

Proven ability to troubleshoot basic problems and address root causes
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects
Proven ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to communicate and present effectively
Strong understanding of technical concepts required for method development and validation
Demonstrated aptitude to learn new data reduction/acquisition software packages

Demonstrated knowledge of areatools and processes, including: ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometer), IC (Ion Chromatography), ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma/Atomic Emission Spectroscopy), TOC (Total Organic Carbon Analyzer), and Particle Size Analyzer FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer)
Education and
Experience: BS in Chemistry.
All team members must meet minimum criminal background standards as established by IMFT and the Department of Homeland SecurityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
