Sales Manager/Team Leader
Job Description
Audi Lehi is looking for a Sales Manager/Team Leader whose main responsibility will be to create a team of 5 Sales People able to close at 25%. To train, motivate, and grow these individuals. This person will not only team them how to sell cars but also how to sell Finance products at the point of sale. This person must be a self starter, motivated to succeed, hard working, punctual, caring, and a team player.
Responsibilities
Hiring, training, taking turns, closing, calling customers, computer skills, lot tech management, ability to explain things to and create life time customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Leader, quick learner, tenacious, sales experience, ability to work retail hours (nights, Saturday, Holidays), drivers license, ability to get both a sales license and finance license, finance experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
