The Social Media Sales (SMS) reaches out to warm and hot leads, gathers info on what marketing services the practice is looking for, assess interest, and schedules appointments for the sales managers. The SMS further consults with industry prospects to assess needs and recommend services and strategies.
- The position is 40
hours per week and located in Lehi, UT
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license and their own personal transportation
- All prospective employees must pass a background check
- Hourly pay with a sizable and scalable commission model.
- Pay dates are on the 5th and the 20th of the month
- Annual total income 40k
(based upon experience)
- Paid Vacation

Responsibilities
- Set appointments for the sales managers from assigned prospects.
- Lead all aspects of the appointment setting process, including answering service related questions.
- Manage/Assist other sales processes as called upon by the Sales Managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience
- Any direct Sales experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Website Dev and Design, PPC, Healthcare Industry Marketing/Advertising/Tech
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency asking questions, creating posture, feels comfortable carrying a conversation and overcoming objections.
- Proficiency on a mac (preferred) & HubSpot (bonus)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
